The Nador Bar Association is the professional body of lawyers registered within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Nador. Like Morocco's sixteen other bar associations, it regulates the legal profession under Law 28-08 governing the practice of law: maintaining the roll of lawyers, discipline, training, and defending the profession's independence.
To practise before the courts of the district, a lawyer must be registered on the bar's roll or on the trainee list. Verifying a lawyer's registration with the Nador Bar Association is therefore an essential step before retaining them.
The Nador Bar Association covers the district of the Court of Appeal of Nador, in the The Oriental region. Its main cities include: Nador, Driouch.
Nador hosts several courts before which the bar's lawyers practise, including: Court of First Instance.
Any litigant may confirm that the lawyer they intend to retain is actually on the bar's roll. You can contact the bar's secretariat, located near the Court of Appeal of Nador, or simply ask the lawyer for their registration number — a registered lawyer will provide it without hesitation.

If your resources are limited, you may apply for legal aid (assistance judiciaire), which allows a lawyer to be appointed without bearing their full fees. Applications are filed with the legal aid office of the competent court; the bar takes part in appointing lawyers under this procedure and in court-appointed criminal defence.
